Hitting

The hitting program focuses on improving swing mechanics, bat speed, and overall hitting consistency. Through individualized instruction and specific drills, players work on their timing, hand-eye coordination, and approach at the plate. Movement profiles are also incorporated to help players understand where they can maximize their strength.

Pitching

For pitchers, the offseason program emphasizes arm care, mechanics, and pitch development. Players receive targeted drills to improve velocity, control, and pitch movement, as well as focusing on building strength and flexibility to prevent injury. Conditioning and recovery protocols are also key components, ensuring pitchers maintain a healthy arm and are ready for the demands of the upcoming season.
