Pitching Programs

Pitching Programs are designed to develop and enhance a pitcher's skills, including velocity, accuracy, endurance, and mechanics. This program aims to build a strong foundation for pitchers of all levels, from beginners to advanced players.

Program Schedule

This program starts the second week of November (11/11) and runs through the second week of March (3/10). Players have the option to Pitch once or twice per week.

What We Offer

High school and youth programs take a deeper dive into what it takes to be a well rounded pitcher. Covering the topics listed (and more), pitchers who go through this program will go into their season more prepared and confident in their game. 

Topics of Focus

Pitchers will work on skills like:

  • Mechanical Development: Refine and perfect pitching mechanics to ensure a smooth, efficient delivery that minimizes injury risk and maximizes performance.

  • Functional Movement: Implement exercises and drills to improve overall mobility, flexibility, and strength, leading to better balance and stability on the mound.

  • Pitch Grips and Movement: Teach and refine various pitch grips to enhance movement and control, including fastballs, curveballs, sliders, and change-ups.

  • Velocity Training: Utilize specialized drills and strength conditioning to increase pitch velocity, helping pitchers gain a competitive edge.
